Need help with my 96 cobra

I recently rebuilt a 1996 Cobra and strocked it out to a 302. I put 13.5 cc dish pistons in and droped my compression down to 9:1. I have long tube hooker super comps, free flow x pipe, twin 65mm throttle body, 3 stage port on heads, and a 90mm mass air flow with 42 lb. injectors. With the long tubes I took my EGR out, and I have 42 injectors in because i am going to supercharge it after all the bugs are worked out.

Now for the Problems. My car sounds like a deisel all the time. Even after it has warmed up. Also my car vibarates at idel, But when you open up the throttle even the littlest bit the vibration smooths out. It also vibarates in 5th gear.

Can you guys help me out?

Wow, that's a lot of work. I don't see that you got it tuned? If you don't have a custom tune, you're lucky that bad boy even runs! Try putting the stock maf and injectors in and see if that fixes it.
