Need help with transmission

I just got a 2005 ford mustang gt, after buying it not even 2 hrs later the transmission started making harsh noises, coolant was leaking from under the car, I'm thinking the coolant line to the trans popped out, but any ways is the 2003 ford explorer 5r55s compatible with the one in my 05 gt automatic cause I cant seem to fine a 05 donor. Please help, and thanks in advance
