Need help with TwEECer R/T

Tomorrow I will get my TwEECer R/T and I need help with basic stuff (how to starts,what to do first,change little things first time , ...)
I know there is tons threads like this but I'm tired searching ,so sorry guys on this thread
I gonna use my desktop PC until I get laptop ,so guys help me out with tuning my Stang
