need info on 295/35/18 rear and 285/35/18 front

Does anybody run this tire setup on an '03 by any chance. If anyone can direct me to some pics or links to see this setup that would be awesome.

Also, what brand would be good for these tire sizes for a daily driver with no track time? Nitto??

ive heard 275 is as big as you can go on the front man... i have 255's and they dont rub but theres not much room left at full steer. 285's would make your car handle like a nascar, dont do that. Saleens come with 265's and ive heard thats about as wide as you can go without terrible handling. the 295's will be fine out back... im actually looking into 315's for the rear when i get a supercharger. good luck!

I have 18 inch AFS '03 Cobra Wheels with Toyo Proxes tires and up front they are 275/35ZR18 and in the back they are HUGE 295/35ZR18 - AFS Wheels recommended that's the biggest you go up front. By the way I think the '03 Cobra's come with 275's all the way around on 17 inch wheels.

285's are too much for the front. 275's will work, but the optimum size IMO is 265' or 255's. 295's will work for the rear.

I have 265's front and 295's rear, check my sig for pics. I will have 305/35's Nitto DR's for the rear at the end of next week though.....

you can have up 315/35/18 at the rear but i recommend only up to 265 at the front or you will have rubbing and steering/handling issues.

315/30-18 you mean. 315/35 is for a 17" rim.

I run almost the exact same setup as 03 Pony....The Toyo Proxes T1-S's are pretty cool tires....What PSI are you running 03 Pony?

Just got the front two of my 18" wheels set up today, 265/35-18 Yokohama AVS Sport. It's a 9" wide rim and it's a perfect match, the sidewalls are nice and flat.
