Just have your dad walk into any local, participating, dealer and ID himself as an active Ford employee. The dealer will tell your dad the A-plan price for any eligible Ford vehicle.
Plan prices are fixed by Ford, aren't negotiable and don't vary from dealer to dealer.
However, don't think there are any prices yet on the 2005 Mustangs.
