Need Info

I am interested in doing a 2.3 Turbo swap(I have a '89 NA), but I need to learn about some of the wiring(pins), and vaccum lines and "what not" before I even think about getting started. I looked at Stinger's site, TurborFord, and other threads here and realized I need to learn a little more before I start. Any and all info would be greatly appreciated.Thanks

if you have specific questions, Ask or do a search.. but Im not sure what more info you want.. there is tons on stingers site, and what you dont find there you can find at turboford or at one of the other 2.3T sites.. I have info about my swap on My website, but its not instructional like stingers is.. You need to be more specific as to what kind of info you want..

I'm doing the same swap and I know where you're coming from about the maze of wiring, vacuum lines, ECU, FI, etc. Buy this book and read it! It explains exactly how the computer, sensors and fuel injection work and their relationship to each other. Very informative!

Next, get one of these. This one's a little steep but they come on ebay all the time. It has pics and explanations of all the wiring and vacuum lines.

Next, contact these guys and see if they have wiring diagrams for your '89.
