Need picture of Novi 1000 pulley setup...

Hey guys, need a hand here...

We're installing a Novi 1000 on my buddies '90 GT. We're having trouble getting the belt installed right. We believe the problem is because he has an AC delete which moved the powersteering pump up.

Now, the tensioner and water pump pulleys hit even with the smallest belt we could fit.

Does anyone have a setup without AC?

If so, can I get some pictures of the accessory drive system.

You need a shorter belt so the tensioner is forced further up..

Unfortunately, we tried the tightest belt physically possible to get on the setup (had to hold it on the lip of the last pulley and turn the car over to get the damn thing on) and the tensioner and water pump pullies still ended up touching!

Seems like the only option is to put the ac bracket and compressor back on as a free pulley?
