need to do engine swap

i need to do an 03 cobra engine swap into an 04 stg2roush and a shop to do it for me... any advice or suggestions???? mustang ranch quoted me over the phone 100hrs at $115an hr that foo is crazy im wondering if i should just get with my uncle and do it myself ....

ok, if a regular PI Swap is averaged at 16/17 hours to do, what the hell are they doing with the rest of the uhhhhhh 85 Hrs. playin four knuckle shuffle. This swap, if prepared and outlined correctly should take 35 hours MAX. and 110 per hour. tell him to screw off, GTR in California, is one of the most respected Mustang places here and they charge about 67 bucks per hour.

thats what i said thats straight so ima look around ... a few people have mentioned AED but havent checked out GTR yet .... thanks for the info
