Need your opinions: PI heads+cams

I wouldnt stress the tune, unless you go with aftermarket cams. I went 13.19 with no tune with full street weight on 17 inch nittos. Dont bother with shorty headers either, complete waist on an NA application. Im searching for my old dynos on an old computer. I dynoed with svo shorties on my Ported headswap car and gained 2rwhp over the stock ones.

So your saying that i can go from 9:1 to 10-10.4:1 compression with different cams and heads than stock and not need a tune? (good to know about the shorties tho, was just considering it due to ease of install w/ heads off)
