I would be surprised if it did much more than 20 w/o issues, but it is possible. I have seen guys with 281s max them around 22-23psi.
I ran a bundle of high 9sec passes on 10-12psi on the 70. So this turbo on 15+psi should be a serious gain
I'm sure it would make 25psi+, but the back pressure at those levels would be bad news.
