New cam need rpm idle advice

i have an ford e-cam .498 lift 1.6 rockers

Right now i just have the idle speed for drive and nutral set to 672rpm

on the guage it looks like its at 750 rpm. I havent started to really tune the A/F past idle but i was looking for a recomended number people are using.

The Driveability will dictate you that , like for example a quick turn of the steering wheel , Turning the AC on without any stalling will be the best signs of your best idle , and also of course this depends on your taste. If you like a lumpy tipical cammed stang well try the lowest setting

i like that link lope sound, im thinking i need to set the timing back at idle to get it to go that low.
