That's a clean, nice lookin car you picked up. I was looking at the fr500's for my 97 cobra but it seems half the cars at the shows have them so I went with staggered anny cobras. My car is white so I went with black spokes an polished lip to break up the white. I too think moving up to 18's will fill the wheel wells without having to lower it any more. Also, take you old rims an throw them on a lowered 5 lug converted fox, I had em on my notchback loved the look.

as of right now i haven't really thought all that much about doing more mods. I'm not real set on money right now so it'll be a while before i do much other than wheels. I would probably just do some minor stuff such as cold air intake or something like that. there is definitely a big difference in power from the 97. unlike my 97 it'll pull pretty hard the entire length of 1st where the 97 would just kinda top off. thanks for the compliments

No kidding, I love my FR500's, but they are quickly becoming the new Pony wheels...
yeah i was kind of wondering about that i was almost thinking about going with something like this but i don't know how it would look on a mustang cause i cant find them anywhere only on g8's...

the widest they come in is a 18x9.5 for the back... do you think that would be too narrow? what size tire would go well with that?

The chrome looks nice, but I'm not a big fan of black chrome or black wheels in general on dark colored cars.
I feel like chrome wheels are becoming out dated... seems like silver, hypercoated, anthracite, are much more modern looking IMOP

yeah i kinda agree on the darker colored rims... to me its just hard to see any kind of definition when you look at them... I've always been a fan of seeing the reflection of chrome rims when i'm turning though lol what did you guys think about those aza wheels i put up? I was wondering if anyone had any experience with the company on here?
Those are some nice looking wheels. It would definitely be cool to see something different than FR500's, Bullitt's, Saleen's, and 03-04 Cobra's.
Not sure how good they would look on your car though. Something makes me feel like those AZA wheels are best suited for an 03-04 Cobra though. Seems like they would compliment the cobra hood, rocker panels, bumpers, and spoiler really well.

Seein how these pics taken in the middle of the swap and the car is nasty, I'm probably not much help at all. But it is a black new edge with Saleens. I have the Pro Kit as well, and I wish it were lower.
