New Clutch Quadrant Making Noise

I had the UPR Triple Pick-Up Quadrant and Firewall Adjuster with Jam Nut, part #3004-T installed in my daily driver about 8 months ago with my spec stage 2 clutch. I've put on around ~13,000 km's since then with no problems. Yesterday, though, the quadrant started making a noise every time I press the clutch pedal down. It sounds exactly like it would if a bolt on the pedal linkage was coming out and the pedal was about to break off, but the depressing of the pedal doesn't feel sloppy or like it's going to break off at all. At first I thought maybe the pedal was lose, but it's tight as it was from the factory. Upon further inpsection it seems the noise is indeed coming from up above the steering column on the inside of the car, from the quadrant. I thought UPR quadrants were supposed to be good? Does it just need some oil on it maybe? There doesn't seem to be any lose nuts/bolts in the area.

So anybody have experience with something like this on the quadrant, and what can I do to stop the noise?

do you have the adjustable clutch cable? If you do throw it out the window and buy a factory ford one. Keep you adjustable quadrant and firewall. Good luck!

I used my factory cable when installing the new quadrant and firewall adjuster. I don't understand what you said.
