New Heads or Supercharge the 383?

The AFR's make 300 CFM by .500-.550...I like Trickflows...i really do but these highports flow 267 @ .600 and thats like 10CFM more than what im doing with the heads i have now.

Heres The chart off Trickflows site

I think the only Trickflow i could use would be a 205 Twisted wedge. But that would require fly cutting pistons and selling my $600 Shaft rockers.

Can i buy the heads from AFR with the LSX Valves and springs already installed?
According to AFR flow charts the 225's get a little sluggish around the .500 lift area when compared to the 205. But Ed curtis seems to think i could use these heads.(for a 30hp increase) I just don't want to have to rev. over 7000rpm to make these work.

Don't get caught up in flow numbers. There is a lot more going on in there. Ed will sell you a set of AFRs setup however you want. That is his bread and butter.
