Fox New Here! Need Help Choosing Radials.

I think in NY it's technically illegal to remove the 3rd brake light. Maybe I'll call a local mustang shop or DMV for details.

Why no on the HIDs? My buddy wants to get me them for Xmas.

I heard the BFG Comp 2s are good but that the road noise is unbearable. My tire size is 245/50z16 (currently have Kumho which could grip fly paper).

I'll def be looking for a short throw to crisp up the shifts.

I'll re upolster the front seats and probably call it a day.

Hey guys. I spoke to the previous owner and found the only modifications made to the car were 3.55 gears and Super 44 Flowmasters.

I was just wondering what kind of performance increase over stock that would give me.

I believe the stock 7Up managed a 0-60 time of 6.4sec and a 1/4 of 14.4sec.

Legality aside, a lot of people are "trained" to respond to the 3rd brake light. It's a lot more obvious than the main lights in some scenarios, especially if you already have the parking lights on.

When my led brake light on my Infiniti was burned out and I couldn't find a replacement for a while, I noticed a lot more people would almost rear end me in traffic and then yell at me. When I fixed the third brake light, that all stopped.

So I would make every effort to keep my third brake light. I consider it the most critical.
