Those look awesome... I've been wanting to polish up the lip on my wheels and maybe paint them a darker silver for a while now, but I couldn't figure out how to clean up the lip. Can you clarify what you mean by a "scuff pad"?

Now if only I had air tools... anyone know if they make electric angle die grinders?
