I need some help, I've got flowmaster 40 series 2 chamber mufflers. I want to get a muffler that is louder but deep throaty sound. If mods play I've got 302 bottom end stock with 74000 miles. I've got gt40p heads e303 cam stock h pipe gutted coverters, 70 mm throttlebody 24lb injecs, cold air, gt40 intake and fms headers,so what muffler should I go with thanks for any help and videos welcome

go with the mac flowpaths...they sound alot better than the 40 series flows....i have kinda the same setup you have minus the heads cam and intake and they sound mean as hell!

i second the flowpaths!
i run them and its better sound than the flowmaster

Flowpaths will be deeper and should be a little louder.

Flowpaths with cat-less Pro-chambers, best sounding exhaust for sure and also one of the best power makers.

This might be sort of true. I went from Mac prochamber and a Mac catback thru tails, to a VRS X and Spintechs dumped, and other than wheels and tires and a brake upgrade the car lost 14 rwhp and 21 rwtq.

In every comparison I have seen with the Mac Flowpaths and the Pro-chambers they have been at or very near the top in power. I really dislike all other Mac products but they really got it right with their exhaust components.
