True. 1990 I forgot to mention the hammer part. I edited it so anybody else reading it'll know about it but I banged the TPS screws w/ a hammer & soaked them again in WD40 right before I gave 1 final attempt to remove them.

They shouldn't be nearly as tight but I still recommend WD40.

the bolts you had so much trouble with came off relatively easy for me, but then again, i used a socket from the start and since my plenum was installed only 3 weeks ago, the bolts still haven't settled a lot

Oh that's cool. Well your install should be super easy then since all you have left is the TB & MAF's easy anyway. I really do like the way the Mac CAI hooks up to the TB but I think you'll get better gains from the MAF. Who knows? No one's ever dynoed a Mac CAI hooked up to an Accufab 75mm TB to a C&L Intake Plenum. But I hope to be the 1st.

i'm hoping it'll be very easy. I have the K & N FIPK and i think it'll hook up to the TB just fine. it has a piece of flexible tubing held on with one of those circular clamps that you screw to tighten. if things work out i'll have a dyno run done before and after i add my mangaflow shorty x and magnaflow cat-back.
