New suspension in the way, lose the side exhaust?

The sway bar mounts on the MM adjustable LCA's i just put in sit about 4 inches lower than stock and therfore slide in the control arm nook/recess a lot lower and hit my side pipes really quickly - like it's not even about to go in with this thing there.
So lose the side exhaust and go dumps? Or have some place work around it somehow?
Anyone have straight through mufflers I can buy off them to make dumps? I'd prefer to sell the side pipes as a useable kit.

You can see the scrape marks where it hit the pipe before sliding int far enough:

Thanks, sits lower now too due to the adjustable LCA's and taking out the front iso's

i just switched to dumps also, there ok, they sound sick at idle, but i think they make it sound like a pushrod when running through the gears, they rumble the car real nice at red lights too

Any more vibration? I'd rather have it less noticeable than more - trying to make it less obvious for when i have the blower on

I'd have to say it makes the car much more docile at idle, but WAY louder with the pedal down. You guys are lucky with that body style because your rear bumper doesn't have the cutouts. Personally I would run dumps on that beast, but that's my biased opinion. Either way, the car looks abaolutely AMAZING. Those wheels are

Can't be worse than it is now with no mufflers being dumped due to the LCA's:

yes a ton of vibration, from like 1000-1500 it vibrates the mirros pretty bad

Man when I think of side exit i always think of your car. I love how you fabbed that exhaust together. Since your stang is an aero(obviously) and dont have tailpipe cutouts dumps would "look" natural. I am getting a bit tired of my exhaust setup(dumped), but it does sound great. I also agree about getting FLSFC's so dumps sound like a good idea.

Chris, as much as I think your side exits are sweet, & original, I am about suspension 1st, so I vote that you either take them off, or get them fabbed to work. Subframes & LCA's are very important mods, especially when A LOT of power comes into play. I prefer rear exit tailpipes though personally & I think some nice polished Flowmaster tails would be my choice over dumps...

I hear ya. Well, if you want to run something that will be fairly quiet, with good flow, Dynomax ultra flows with dumps are a good choice. Are you still gonna run cats, or you going with an o/r midpipe?

Also, the magnaflows that I have on my fox are VERY quiet until I get on it. Even with LT's, cam, & no cat's, the car is almost too quiet, until you go WOT, then it screams... They look like the standard Mag's, but are a couple of inches longer.
