NewB Q about tremecs...

So I've spent all of my money on my motor and I'm almost there, but i need a TKO to handle the 351W stroker.

I'm getting the TKO600 and my question is, what supporting pieces do i HAVE to buy to put it in?

Can i reuse anything from the WC T-5 that was in there (DS, Bell, Shifter, Clutch)

I need to order the parts so that they're all here when i get back to build it, so i don't want to forget anything, but do i need all new parts here?

u cannot reuse anything. you will need a new clutch with the correct spline, you will needa new driveshaft yoke and you will need a bellhousing. the tko comes with its own shifter but you will ned a handle for the base. its better to just buy the whole thing as a package. i got all the stuff below shipped to my door for 2200 bucks in 2 days from d and d performance also included was the clutch.

If you got a decent clutch and not some crap stock like one, then $2200 SHIPPED is an awesome deal!!! The tranny is $1800-1900 alone + shipping usually. Soo all those parts and shipping for an extra $3-400 is sweet!!!

D&D ships for free man. At least they used to. Don't know now with the price of gas, but if you are going with the TKO600 D&D is the way to go for sure. Great people.

as i recall, i was doing research from many places o get the best price and d and was the only place that really knows there stuff and had the best damn price i could find. The clutch is a king cobra and holds like a champ with my mods below. very comfortable clutch at that. just call them up and tell them what you have and your plans and tell them you want there best price shipped to your door. you may be able to get a better price cause i didnt try and wheel and deal. the price was good enough.
