Hey guys n gals
just wanted to chime in and say its is awesome to finally be able to post on stangnet!For the longest time I wasnt able to post for some reason because my account never got activated all the while i read practically every single thread! Ive learned alot from all you guys by just reading posts for the last 4 months now i finally get to a part of it! :nice:
 
say how is that damn ricer doing? I remember seeing those pics of his car when it was hit even though its an rsx i still felt bad still a pretty nice car! I havent seen him around too much maybe he moved onto some honda boards? jk jk
 
Welcome to the board.

10 things to remember:

1. 4.10s > 3.73s
2. CAIs suck (except for aesthetics)
3. Use the search function
4. MAFs are worthless on a near stock car
5. Dyno tuning > mail order tune
6. Catbacks are only worth a few HP.
7. Long tubes > shorties
8. Changing your wheel size doesn't necessarily change your speedo.
9. Wonder what all those neato catbacks sound like? Go to http://www.mustangexhaust.com
10. Don't forget #3

12. Accufab plenum with 70MM TB provides the best flow on a near stock car.
13. Extension to #1: Automatics: 4.30, Manuals: N/A=4.10, Supercharged=3.73

But I would have to disagree w/ #1(for 1/4 mile)
