OK, school is finally out and I have time to do my next mod. I have had a lot of things I had to fix lately plus I had to pay for school so money was tight. Now everything is over and I have some room to breathe, I am doing my next mods. I am the kind of person that changes there mind every three seconds, so it has taken me awhile to figure what to do.

No one really needs to read that

I am ordering an Art Carr stall converter tomorrow from mental addictions.
And I am buying a B&M hammer shifter and shift light go I can keep my eyes on the road. I am using my summit 0% credit card.--I just want to use it to help build my credit. Does everyone think this is a good next step. Anything else I should do first? ---RC I would really like your input.

no I have the mass air calibrated for the stock #19 injectors. I don't need bigger injectors. I don't have heads or cam. I have a Aeromotive Fuel Pressure Regulator for the time being.

I'm a shifter myself, so I've really never had to learn anything about convertors & ATs. If those mods were on my car (w/ a 5spd), then my next mods would be heads & cam. If your AT/convertor is keeping you from getting the most from the HP you've already got, then by all means I'd say it'd be an excellent upgrade

You're on the right track. I'd opt for a 3000 or 3200 stall. I think that is a bit high for what you have done now, but you will be better off once the heads and cam go on. If you don't want to quite go that high, I'd go with a 2800. I wouldn't mess with anything below 2500, IMO, it's too much like the stocker.

I already have an intake. I think I have to deal with my aode first. I really think it holding me back. Plus when I do heads and cam I want to do it right. So that is a lot of money. AFR + FTI cam= $$$$. Not to mention injectors, recalibrating mass air, dyno time, chip and all the little parts. I have also started to research doing a turbo. Once again tanny won't handle it.

That's what I thought. The guy from mental addiction told me to go with 2500. I wanted something in the 2800-3000 range. That's also one of the reason I am going art Carr. It only costs like $125 to get it restalled--(don't know what you call it). I won't be doing heads and cam until next summer probably.

I also picked up a Ford motorsports 65mm tb. I got it for $100 barely used. I know it won't do much but oh well. Does $525 sound about right for a Art Carr 3000 stall. BTW it's 9.5 inch.
