Cool, I was hoping to go out before it gets to cold but I don't know if Famoso is open now If it is I would be down to go. I'm just hoping for 13's for now. I'm getting a Pypes o/r X for Xmas

I ran the Nitto 555R's. I really liked them. They would stick pretty good on the street, i would recommend them

How's about the 295/45-18 BREDn? That will fill the wheel well up big time! I love the way mine looks even with the stock suspension. I may drop her next year after I take it to the track after my winter/spring mods to see her run 12s.
The only issue I have with 555s is the wet traction from a dead stop They seem to break loose easier than the KDWS. It is only the inital revoltion it seems . After that they grip rather well. I have yet to have them talk back to me in a turn, but I really haven't gone out of my way to find turns with enough runoff room should I need it(I plan on attending at least one high performance driver edcation course next year with the NoVa Mustang Club to run her on a road course and gain knowledge). Several times, I have taken on/off ramps much faster than with the KDWS and it has made me press my left knee against the door for added support(feels like my body is going to go over and touch the door)

thanks kooldawg....what about 285/40's and keeping 265/35's up front does that make sense. i wanted 265/40 nitto's 555 but they stop making them. 45's are a little to tall for my taste...remember i got sportlines on her.

Those sizes would be great. 265/35 is 25.3" tall while the 285/40 is 27" tall. As far as being lowered with the taller/wider tire, I've seen and heard from several on the net that are lowered with Sportlines and have no rubbing issues. Of course I'd have to see it person to really believe it.
I may play it safe and just go for the K springs and drop it 1.5".
