No way to make 01-04 instrument cluster work in our cars??

After seeing the autometer style cluster, and emailing Simco Ltd, I doubt there's a way to use/make a harness that would make it work in our cars??

Assuming it's possible to get the gauges working, the odometer is electronic from 99-04. The gauges themselves are probably a matter of some probing around with a multimeter to figure out what wires need to be switched in the harness, but there's just no way to get the odometer working that I'm aware of.
