yes i passed my inspection, well i really should'nt. but my dad knows tons of people over here because he used to have a business so someone passes it for me.

About the license plate cover,

what take a picture of the license plate without the cover on, and bring it to court?

rule #1 is that you NEVER plead guilty on a traffic ticket without taking it to court first. many many many things can happen by taking it to court. things can only get better by going to court, they can never get worse. usually if you have multiple tickets, the cop will often drop some of the simple ones. the higher ones will usually get lowered too. you even have the chance of the charges being dismissed if the officer doesnt show up. bottom line is plead not guilty to all of them and wait for your day in court.

not true. i have an 87 in a 55 to my name (i did get it dropped to a parking ticket though )

in ny 11 points on a license is when it gets suspended. 30 over is only 8 points

Not the same day ofcourse- we didn't know each other.

Mine was at 4:15pm for speeding and at 8:00pm for *cough* "racing" which I was found not to have been.

Imo, pay a lawyer and let him deal with it. Get it off your record, insurance doesn't know, and long term you save money. Thats what I did with my ticket (wasn't speeding.) Luckily my cousin played baseball for him so I got off very very cheap lol. But still I would pay 300 bucks for a lawyer than watch insurance rates shoot up.
