wheel opinions???

I have been debating for three weeks now and cannot make up my mind on wheels for my car. Everyone here has been helpfull as to helping me find the size wheel that will work for me so I want you opinion,now. I am switching to 17's, the choice between Saleen Ultra Lites and Eagle 168s or just buy new tires for my chrome 16s. Here are some quick photoshop images of what it would look like. What do you guys think?

i personaly like the chrome better

add a black bra and black rear louvers and tint the side windows and the chrome rims will pop.... Then I think it will look very sharp.
