not sure if its my clutch or tranny

I don't race my car anymore but every once in a while I'll do a 1-2 or quick 2-3 in my car. But when I do and I have a quick grind I can feel in the shift. Can't really hear but feel it. And if I stop the car recently after doing this I can smell my clutch a little. Didnt start doing this until about a month ago.

But during normal driving the clutch and tranny seem to be perfect.
