Currently where my x-pipe bolts to my catback it's about 4 inches off the ground. No matter what I do, I can't get it to stay up any higher. Damn BBK! Anyway, I got my Pro-Kit delivered yesterday and if it's lowered the 1.5 inches that Eibach claims, my x-pipe will be only 2.5 inches off the ground. Obviously, this is too low. Anyone know which X pipes don't hang so low? Anyone have suggestions for my current X pipe? I've tried loosening everything, jacking up the x pipe and the tightening everything up, but it just lowers right down or leaks. I even jacked the car up, placed a cinder block under the X and lowered it down, hoping to "bend" the pipe up, but when I jacked it up and removed the cinder block, it was still low. Didn't even bend at all.

Any suggestions?

I think there was a thread on this recently. I believe if you loosen the bolts, and use a jack to lift the midpipe up, and retighten the bolts, you should be fine, but I'm not positive

Whyy do you think it's the pipe? Every pipe should hang the same.. they are all.. pipes.. nothing more.. You just need to adjust it to compromise the cat-back/manifold(headers)..

if you have access to a torch i would heat up the pipes where they start to curve after the manifold then us a floor jack with a piece of wood and apply gradual pressure you need to get it red hot so it will bend easy....willl fix it guaranteed.....good luck be careful always use jackstands when under car dont trust a jack.....
