I've purchased a '91 GT and it has an odd electrical problem with the power mirrors.

Both the drivers and passenger side mirrors only go left and down, not up and right. I cleaned the switch, the contacts, and the harness plug but that didn't fix it. I purchased a new switch but unfortunately that wasn't the problem either.

Does anyone have any suggestions on how to further diagnose? My Haynes manual is awful, the wiring diagram is non-existant. Thanks.

I've got the same problem. I have replaced the switch with a new dealer part. I'll be interested to see how common this is...
