Who said he was in the top 5%?Ok I have a question, how can someone whos average finish is almost 3 spots lower than his average starting position be considered a top 5% caliber driver?

Your math is off. Being better than 95% of your peers does not mean you're in the top 5% of all NASCAR drivers past and present. First you have to understand what a "peer" is.The article linked in post 140 that you quoted said he was better than 95% of his peers.
Finsishing worse than you start most of your races is pretty average imo.

If you compare the numbers they don't lie. Go back and look through them yourself.

Wow, NASCAR does everything in their power to make Kyle Bush win.
I think I am going to stop watching it.
It's scripted, or at the very least orchestrated.
Please enlighten us.I'm waiting for NASCAR to make Toyota change their engines, AGAIN.
He will finish out of the top 10 more times this year then he does in the top. The only reason he got a top 10 in Vegas is b/c Edwards blew up with 2 laps left. Guess you can be a phenom in Nascar when you rely on others blowing up and taking other people out to advance your position. I mean hes so awesome hes in 29th in points.
