Wow i love all the excuses in here.. I also love how people talk about the game as if they were on the team themselves. Football is overrated anyway. Go read a book..

The game is over, no amount of excuses or "what if's" will change anything now.

I hate it when people say things like: "WE ARE GOING TO THE SUPERBOWL" or "THEY DIDNT HAVE A CHANCE AGAINST US"

I had a friend that always said stuff like that and it drove me nuts.

Him: "we have a good defense"

Me: no, you dont have anything because you arent on a team

Exactly i hate people who do that.. I also think professional sports players get paid entirely too much money.

Thats why i like to watch college ball.. To me its alot less about the money (although there is some in there) and more about the game itself.

I dont understand why teachers who teach the future leaders of america get paid so little, yet some idiot can run a ball for a 100 yards gets like 16mil a year..

It's called a free-market system.. If less people watched, bought caps and jerseys, the pay for pro atheletes would be less. It's not worth fretting about... Jealousy is a waste of your own time, as there's always going to be folks who have an easier road due to what they were born with... That's Mother Nature and natural selection, it works the same in a herd of antelope.

I strongly believe that our educators are grossly underpaid... But that's not a matter of us not funding education enough (we throw more money at public education than any other country), it's a matter of bureaucracy and do-nothing administration and infrastructure. Our education system runs as efficiently as our government... that's not a compliment. Gee, I wonder why... because it IS our government? O.K., enough political rant on a 5.0 forum..
