Oil weight for '96 Cobra with Vortech?

The car doesn't get driven in the winter. I'd like to use M1 10W-30 or 5W-30, as the local Big Box retailer sell cases at very reasonable prices, but won't go that route if not recommended.

I have a kenne bell on my 97 an use moble 1 5w30. Moble one or pennsoil platinum seem to be the favorites.

I only use M1 5-20 or 5-30 but I've heard AMSOIL is good stuff but I have never used it my self
