I tried cleaning the terminals for my instrument cluster but no luck, nothing works except for the Speedometer, Odometer and sometimes the gas gauge. Everything else just seems to sit at the 12'o'clock position once I put my key in the ignition. My tach works about 5% of the time but only for a few minutes.
I'm by no means scared of soldering or replacing the board, or even the entire cluster. I'd like to keep the car legal (meaning keep the odometer accurate), it's not realistic for me to think "well if I never sell the car it won't matter"
Any ideas?
