Well I m kinda pissed, only a year and a half after my paint job the rear bumper is starting to chp on the bottom near the drivers tail pipe. Its hard to tell w/o looking for it, but it pissesme off and I want my car to be perfect. So how would you guys feel aboutmy car with a Cobra rear bumper and some 2.5-3 inch flowmaster or similar tails. What do yall think???

Here's a pic of his car for anyone who needs to see it (like I did):

I have two opinions:

1. If you go with a Cobra bumper, also add a wing. Otherwise the rear will look "pinched" for the lack of a better term. It'll look bare. Cobra or Saleen wing ALWAYS looks awesome with a Cobra bumper

2. Go with a shaved decklid (or keep the rack if you don't want more work/$$$ invested) and get another GT bumper. That's always a sleek look

Definitely do the Cobra bumper, it helps the looks of a GT a lot imo. Do the Cobra grille too.

Add a cobra rear, wing of your choice, but definatly add a cobra front bumper insert...I think thats a must for all GT's...then you'd have a pretty slick vert

There is a guy on here who has the same color scheme as you with the cobra rear bumper. the only difference is that his is a hatch. This doesn't help you much though since I don't know his name. Maybe somebody else here does?

I just talked to my dad, and he doesn't think it needs it just yet, its only a small chip just above the tailpipe. I promise it'll come though eventually!
