Well today was rather exciting. I was recently hired at Morgan Stanley as an intern because I'm in the process of getting a degree in finance from Stetson. New policies require everyone to get their fingerprints done and a background check.

I went today to the Sherriff's office to get my fingerprints done and I had no idea what I was in for lmao. As soon as I get in there, I was obviously out of place. I was the only white person that hasn't been arrested/felon/broken law in some way person in there that spoke English (besides the clerks behind the bullet-proof glass window) too. Of course, there is a delay for the fingerprints so I had to sit there with all the derelicts and illegal immigrants.

I guess I was being spoken to (and about) while I was in line by a group of rowdy black males (no offense) so when I had to go sit down, I accidently sat by them lol. They wanted to know why I was ignoring them; well I could hardly understand their English in the first place and didn't know they were talking to me. So we get that squared away and then they want to know why a blonde white girl was in there. They had a million questions for me and even offered to do naughty things to me too, aren't I lucky I realized for my own good, I better lie to them. I have enough problems w/ the peepin toms. They wanted to know where I was from, where I worked, location of Morgan Stanley, etc. I just stretched the truth a bit in my answers. There's two locations in this area for Morgan Stanley, so I told them the one I didn't work at. Told them I was from Ormond Beach, not Daytona Beach, and other stuff like that.

I releazed they were just being males and let my guard down a bit to listen to their stories. It was hilarious. They were wicked friendly so they asked each person why they were in there (they've all been arrested for something). They asked me what exactly does Morgan Stanley do and I said basically an investment/retirement financial firm. Well one of them points to his friend and says "well I brought this guy in because he wanted to be in that retirement thing too, except it just wasnt his time yet!" I was like well why not?? He then told me he tired to rob a store and got caught. His retirement plan just didn't work out! LMAO!!!!! THe guy yells back at him "I'm not a criminal, just a felon!!"

CLIFF NOTES: Ladies, stay out of the Sherriff's Office unless you bring your boyfriend/husband/bouncer and to the rest-- a bunch of "real winners" at the Sherriff's Office today while I just needed to get my fingerprints.

Lesson: take Kyle with me !!

I did the fingerprints thing for my Florida Concealed License Permit. However mine was the opposite. The Boca Raton Sheriff's Office has a Cafe (great Cappachino). Tennis court accross the street and the waiting room had a very large T.V. My Dad and I enjoyed it.

Yes, I really don't want anyone to see it. Very bad hair day.
