I have a 90 LX with overheating issues. Recently I had a severe electrical failure
in the car. After replacing the solenoid, alternator, battery and fuse she was
running fine for 2 days. Today I just noticed that she was staying at 220 highway
or idle. I have a radiator and a blackmagic fan which are both just 2 years old,
Just replaced the thermostat (180) in Nov 07. I have also replaced the rad cap
some months ago. The only thing I haven't messed with is the water pump and
I'm not leaking any coolant. I've heard that a wrong ignition timing can contribute
to overheating, but I am not familliar in identifying if it is the problem. I'm all out of ideas, any help would be really really appreciated bros.
