Oz Stang on the Dyno

No offense but you could probably benefit from some tuning. I'm not sure what you've got now or how the dyno was conducted but you and I have roughly the same mods and I made about 50 RWHP more than you (290RWHP).

Is that a canned Predator tune, or custom tune? While your numbers are low, every dyno is different. I've said it many times, that the only way to truly test it is to have a baseline on the same dyno. Either way, that does seem awfully low. If you don't have a custom tune, get one. If you do, send the chart to your tuner. Your AFR is running a little rich. Your tire pressure should really be about 40 and the run should be done in 4th gear. Some dynos don't read much difference in an auto, but some do. Honestly, those aren't the best kind of dynos for seeing horsepower. They're great for fixing problems in a tune, but their numbers can be fudged easily. Was the guy trying to sell you a tune? A Mustang Dyno, DynoJet, or DYNOmite would probably yield better, more accurate results.

I think it might be the dyno as a lot of other mustangs small block 289's were only pulling arround 240 rwhp , a big 351windsor with steel cams and straight pipes was pulling 285rwhp. Also shes only new i did not want to push too hard just yet

Ok. I'm not familiar with that type of dyno. They made read differently, since they work differently. Well, it's a good baseline anyway. Now you can see what your making when stuff is added on.
