parking brake diagram?

Does anyone have a good link to a parking brake diagram for a 68? My cables aren't hooked up and I think I'm missing some stuff and I finally want to fix it.

Another thing I thought about was adapting a fox body floor parking brake into my 68 to match my console.

Center - Cables and adjuster (looking from rear)

Left side - where cable from handle hooks up

Right side - where spring hooks up

I can scan my 67 shop manual. Does anyone know if the 67/68 parking brake setup is the same ?

I had same problem recently

laid under the car for like 45 minutes doing nothing but trying to figure out how they went back, I think the shop manual finally straightened me out, not sure. Made me feel stupid though, cause their arent THAT many parts involved, and they look funny even when they are assembled right.

Can you post a pic of where/how the ebrake lever mounts. It is in your 1st pic and it almost looks like it mounts to a pin on the bottom of the tranny. I have all new parts and I have replaced all the metal pans on my 66 convt, but I don't know where this arm connects to.
