Parking brake with dics brakes

Hey, I have an '88 GT 5 SPD with a '94 front and rear brake conversion. My questions are, how do I make the parking brake work? What parts(and from where) do I need to make this work. Thank you for your time.

I think this applies to your rear disc setup.. it gives instructions on what parts you need, and modifications that are required to make your e-brake work.
