As far as programming a new key, from what iv'e seen, on this style I would need two keys, I only got one from the previous owner of the parts car

If you know for certain that the PCM, and the cluster and the key came from the same car (IE were married to each other), the ForScan software offers a possible low cost option to DIY key programming. ForScan key re-programming will not work if the PCM-id block do not match (not married).

Thanks for all the help. I'm gonna take some time off of the project for right now, but should be back onto it in a week or so.
