I bought my 2002 GT used and it only came with one key. I had seen the instructions for programming a key and thought I'd just buy a blank on Ebay cheap and get it cut and program it. Little did I know that in 2002, they changed to programming procedure to require 2 keys to program a new one.

I guess I'll have to go to the dealership and pay a small fortune to get a second key.

anybody got an idea how much this should cost? Tks

i retail the keys for $23.00 and to program a key about $90.00 if you can find a cool dealership they might program it for free it takes about one hour to get everything done.i live in md so they might be a price dift.
