Im making a new t-shirt for the wakeboard team at USF and so far I have drawn this:

How can I draw the water underneath the boat? Any suggestions?

are you talking about the water its self or the water hitting the boat??

couldn't you do use this ~~~~~~~ for the water and kinda like a mushroom cloud hitting the boat but with a little less mushroom.
