Thanks for the pics guys, I had searched on Google and couldnt find any. I think I'm gonna leave it the way it should be My old coupe had the Saleen kit and I didnt really like it that much. There was a coupe around town a couple of years ago that had GT groud effects and a Saleen wing and I liked it. I guess my taste has changed since then.

Thats what I was thinking. I wanted the Cervinis stalker front bumper with Cobra or GT sides with a Cobra rear. I think I'm definately gonna leave it stock, although that redish Saleen on the first page looks bad ass

Here's my brother's car. He's had the ground effects and Saleen wing on it for seven or so years. They were on it when he bought it. He's going back to standard coupe form and painting the car a different color. He ditched the ground effects and wing about a month ago.

See that's what i would call "done right" but i still just don't like it. When i look at a GT, the ground effects give it this "fat" look, and the hatch plays into that look. LX=Skinny, GT=Fat....Coupe=skinny and really shouldn't ever be any other way..lol That's they best i can describe it. When i look at the car, once my eyes meet the back window it just looks all wrong. It reminds me of when GM made those weird looking rear hatches for the Firebird...where they didn't have the slant window, but a flat window like a truck or something. I've even seen those hatches for Fox bodies too...

Like this monstrosity:

That's what i see when i see GT ground effects on a coupe....like Godzilla took a big bite out of it's back...

When I was looking at stangs I went in and talked to this guy that has a shop. We were talking about stangs and I said how much I liked the Notchbacks. He was like "I am working on one right now, I havent touched it since I got it though." So I said let me have a look at it, and he showed it to me. I threw up a little in my throat. It was a purple notch with no wing and GT ground effects all around. I like coupes but I didn't like that particular one.

I think it was the cheese graters that really threw me off though. Anyway I think he does nice work and I bet he will make it look alot better when he gets to it.

I think the red saleen is a fake. DRUM brakes on the back of a saleen. I think not. Nice try though.
