Well, ten months later and the car is finished. We replaced everything but the roof, rockers, a pillars, taillight panel and quarters (which had been replaced before it came to us). This car start to finish got finished in ten months. We're extremely happy with it and really love the way it looks.

Jus a little somethin to tell people whats inside.

331 Stroker, Procomp heads, edelbrock dual plane, holley 650. C4 with a kit and a 8 inch rear with a posi. MAC long tubes into universal X into MAC mufflers and flowmaster tailpipes. It definatly screams! Its a really nice driver.

Interesting color choice, nice to see something different. Have you thought about installing a set of traction bars... probably gonna wheel hop like crazy without them.

Question: Why did you paint the underside red?

Lol, the one on the left is our shop monkey, and the on the right is our mechanic lol. And it actually doesn't wheel hop bad at all. It really makes its power up top so it doesn't get spinning that much. And the bottom is painted to resemble the factory red oxide primer that these cars were painted from the factory with the body color overspray onto the bottom.
