Well I got some pics, unfortunatly they are at night, but still look kinda good. Let me know if you think that I got a good deal. As I stated in my previous post, I gave 5000 for it. It only has 57K miles on the car and motor. all # match, and runs strong. Its a C code motor. The interior is still in progress, and the exterior lacks some trim, but there is no bondo in the car, no rust, all new suspension and steering parts. Let me know what you think, was it worth the money?

I feel ripped, hehe. I got a 6 cyl with a perfect body, no rust AZ car (including pans, trunk and all the usual rust spots), no bondo, 2 minor dents and paid $4k for it. At the time it was the best shell I could find. So, yeah, you got a great deal in my eye's.

What my RIGHT year $700 special isnt good enough :D

Mine had the usual rust (floors and cowl) of which you can take a look at the cardomain site, but it sure doesnt look like that anymore!!!

I think you got a great deal and I like the seat color. What color is the headliner, etc.

Good luck on your car.

The seat color is temp. I am wanting an all black interior, but I dont want to burn my back and butt every time I get in, So Im going with black bolsters on the sides of the seat and white in the middle.

I have '03 limited edition black leather going into mine, but I really considered a tan... I could always do a tan one.... I really wanted a stark white, but couldnt find the door panels and headliner in that super bright white... that would look great in a red car.

you suck! hahaha, ya that's a great deal nice car, congrats!

Take a look at my $1500 car in my garage, sorry wrong computer to post pics, and that's canadian dollar. Good to see you can still buy hot rods for not a lot of money these days.

I havent seen a mustang that I didnt like. They even look sweet mid-resto.
You dont trailer it do you?

RED5oh, That "700 dollar special" ....sweet.:nice:

Trailer it ya right! The only reason that happened was because that was when I first got the car i made the deal on the spot, it was sunday so no insurance, went home grabbed the trailer and loaded it on before the guy changed his mind. That is it sitting in my back yard that first day, not to mention the snow.

I haven't really had a chance to drive the car much i really just pulled it into the gagrage and ripped it apart.

I now have a donor car that is a 91 LX 5.0 with some trick **** on it. So it is soon to be fuel injected with a t-5 and a 9 inch.

I'm gunna rework the suspetion and interior and run 4 wheel disc and 18'' torque thrust II wheels.

Car is going to be painted black cherry should look good. but anyways ya a dialy driver and i didn't mean to steal the thread i just like to see guys get hot rods for cheap deals.

PS i also have a 65 coupe, and 2 95 GT's one that i converted this winter froma 3.8 v6. It's just one more to add to the collection.
