Pictures of heads and #'s on them, anyone recognize them?

trying to find out what these are. there is trick flow valve covers on them marked TFS-SBF-VC-1 but unsure of the heads, also suppose to have 1.7 rockers according to seller.. here some pics
some #'s on the head read 9824 or 9B24 and a symbol , theres also a symbol on top of the rockers..no idea

The symbol next to the "9B24" is a negative of the screw head that holds the plate on when the casting is poured.

I could be wrong, but I don't think anyone sells a pedestal mount stamped steel 1.7 rocker. Even the 1.7's in the 5.0 Cobra from Ford were Crane full-roller units. Those rocker arms look exactly like stock 1.6's.

Matter of fact, everything about those pics looks like very stock E7's.
 
use a mirror and look under the intake side of the head on the inside by the pushrod is the only way to know for sure what spark plug did you take out looks like either e7 or e6 head and e6 sucks worse than e7
