After many years now I finally get my dream car, a 2012 Mustang GT/CS fully loaded. After just 3 days of driving I am getting a suspension clunk. I haven't tore into the car at all nor turned on the traction control...I have been trying to break it in right. I started investigating this clunk (first felt friday night in the gas pedal BARELY, but Saturday it started getting bad so the car is parked and waiting until tomorrow morning when the service department opens. I fully expect to be there a full hour early waiting for them when they arrive. So I popped the hood, looked under the car, checked out the end links, etc and everything seemed in check. Then I looked at it again a little bit later because I was sure I missed something and I'll be darn....the strut tower brace moved about a half and inch on the passenger side and I noticed some paint flake on the two bolts that dont mount the strut brace. I went over the the drive side and the front fenderside strut bolt shifted about a half inch as well. Not cool and the dealership is going to hear about this. I come back from Afghanistan with 7 months of mustangipation knowing I was buying one when I got home and I dont have it even three days before its parked. What a freaking bummer.
700 miles on her already! Still havent opened her up or turned off the traction control, but every time I fire the Night-Mare (my name for her) up and hear that rumble I wanna unleash that pony in a fury from her stable.
As far as tint goes, mine would be already but the shop is booked up a week out and I will be in Disney, so I have to wait until I get back
