Please Help Identify Engine Parts Of '99 Gt

I ran into the common issue of the original all-plastic intake manifold breaking, and need to have it replaced. Given that my car is more than 17 years old, I decided to replace all hoses and gaskets that need to be touched during the process. I’m Hungarian, I don’t know the English names of all the parts that look worn, so I asked my mechanic to point at them and I took some photos. Someone please take the time and list the names of these hoses, or if they can not be replaced on their own then the name of the part containing that hose.

It would be extremely helpful, thanks in advance! I’m also happy with a partial answer.

I now have almost all the parts that I need, however one of the retailers that I ordered stuff from forgot to add the idle air control gasket to the package... I need to have that replaced too because I want the IAC cleaned, but I don't want to wait weeks again until the gasket arrives, so I would like to have it custom made here and use that, at least until the factory part finally makes it here. It looks pretty simple in design, but does anyone know how I could find a blueprint with the exact dimensions? Also, what material is it made of and how thick is it? Part number is E83Z-9F670-A. I could use the image found here: http://www.cjponyparts.com/ford-idle-air-control-gasket-1986-2004/p/HW2683/ and measure the width of the surface of the IAC where the gasket sits, but that would mean I can not have the gasket manufactured until my mechanic takes the engine apart, i.e. I can't prepare it up front. It satisfies for a plan B though.
