I have just installed in my 94 Mustang:

GT 40 aluminum head 64cc
camshaft F303
GT 40 Intake and Manifold
Roller rocker arm 1.70.1
Grannatelly air flow sensor 85 mm
trottle body 65 mm
fuel injector 24 lb
timing chain
3.55 gears
ceramic coated shorty headers
diablo computer chip
automotive fuel regulator
aluminum drive shaft
Mac cold air induction

with all this I suppose my car will be a god car on the street but is not
I took it to the dyno test and the maximun HP I got was 168 HP after reajusting the computer chip I read 254 HP. If the car come from factory with 215 HP how come I got basically less power after installing all those parts. The machanics had told me that that is all I can get from that configuration but I feel and I think that I am driving a cow. Cans somebody help with this or that is all I can get from the engine.

tks
Manny

215 is flywheel horsepower, I assume your on a chassis dyno which is rear wheel horsepower. So really your 254 is around 325 flywheel, so, I'd say your way ahead of stock. That's about 100hp. You'll need to post up A/F ratios and the dyno sheet for more people to chime in.

:stupid: Stock 215hp is at the flywheel. Rear wheel hp (which is what your 254 is) on a stock 5.0 is around 180. So you've gained over 70hp at the rear wheels, that is quite good actually.
