Plenums which one help????!!!!

I have an 03 Gt Im installing a 70mm accufab Tb and wanting to add a new plenum aswell Trick flow = Ihave been told they have a better velocity air push in to the motor CnL and Accufab say they have more CFMs but Ihave been told that the numbers just sell more product and its not a real power gain. have any of you tried these and which provide more power from your experience and knoweldge.

Thanks to all

Judging by Matt's dyno tests, the only plenum I would buy with a 70mm t/b would be the accufab plenum. With the 75mm t/b, I like the gains from the accufab and dragon plenum (and i have the dragon). Don't look at just the peak gains.. LOOK AT THE ENTIRE RPM BAND --> www.modulardepot.com

i wouldve got the accufab plenum but why pay $70 more for the accufab when the difference between all of the plenums is 1-2 hp.

p.s. the trickflow and accufab plenums flow the best with a 70mm TB.
where are the dyno results of trickflow with 70mm?
